Would You Do It Again?

You have often heard the question – ‘What would you do if you could start all over again’? That question assumes that you have gained sufficient experience and that you would now make different choices. What would you change about your life, the decisions you have made, the mistakes you have made? To answer that question you would need to ask yourself this question – ‘Have I learned anything during my life time that would cause me to change my mind about the choices I have made?’
Most of us have looked back on our lives and said to ourselves that we would have done things differently. The good news here is that you don’t have to look back and say ‘if I could start over again’. You can change those things today! You can change right now!
There are some things in life that we just cannot change, but ‘we’ are not one of them. ‘We’ can change! We can change our attitude, behavior, outlook on life. Do you have some goal that slipped away due to life’s pressing needs? Perhaps you would change your career, or maybe you have some behavior that needs adjusting. It can all be changed.
Review your past with an expectation that you can make the future better, happier and more fulfilling. Don’t leave an epitaph of ‘that’s just the way I am’.

The illiterate of the 21st century
will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.
- Alvin Toffler

Personally I'm always ready to learn, although I do not always like being taught.

Tomorrow is the most important thing in life.
Comes into us at midnight very clean.
It's perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands.
It hopes we've learned something from yesterday.
